Custom Order Policy

When you order non-stock items or large quantities from TWP Inc, a partial payment may be required. This pre-payment is used for wire, tool engineering charges, and machine time. If you cancel, you will be liable for progress made on your order, which may vary from 25% to 100% of the order value.

Sample Policy

TWP Inc. will provide samples (swatches) for your testing and inspection. The cost of each sample ranges from $1 to $75. Most samples are $8 per sample ordered (plus UPS charges). The sample Sizes range from 1" x 1" to 6" x 6" and are listed in each different product page. We do not ship samples by the US Postal Service because they are untraceable. Also, samples may not be returned or exchanged. 

Return Policy

We have guaranteed the quality of our mesh since 1969. Please be sure to inspect materials before cutting. If quality is disputed, wire cloth may be returned to TWP Inc in delivered condition (unprocessed and unused) and must be packaged carefully to prevent damage. Before returning any material please contact us to get a return authorization number. Note: If you return goods for any reason besides unacceptable quality, you will be expected to pay a 15% restocking charge plus freight in both directions. Non-stock or custom made materials are not returnable. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of authorization.
TWP is not responsible for any costs loss, damages or labor charges associated with installation of our mesh products.

Payment Policy

Qualified businesses or organizations will be given Net 30 terms upon approved credit. In order to open an account, please provide a bank reference and three trade references. Major Credit Cards are also accepted. Overseas customers may pay by Credit Card (this is the preferred method) or Bank Wire Transfer when you place your order. Note: Payments made to TWP Inc by Bank Wire Transfer should be for a minimum of $500 and are subject to a $40 processing fee to cover our bank charges. Charges levied by your bank are your responsibility.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is not included in the prices shown on the site.

Orders are shipped out within 24 to 48 hours, unless otherwise noted.

We use UPS for small shipments of up to 150 pounds (68kg). Once you add an item to the Shopping Cart, all you have to do is type in your zip code and your UPS charges are shown (just type your zipcode and see freight charges). They are fast, inexpensive, and traceable. UPS imposes a surcharge for delivery to residential addresses. You will see the total UPS charges on the first page of the cart.

If your order is heavier than 150 pounds, it can't be shipped by UPS, so the words  "Alternate Shipping" are displayed and you will either need to call TWP for a truck freight cost or you can proceed to place your order and we will contact you to make trucking arrangements and verify the total price before we ship your order.

Minimum Order Policy

• Standard Mesh Materials: $75 USD
• Wire Mesh Discs: $150
• Special shapes and Slit Widths: $150
• Custom Weaving: $1,000
• International Orders (except Canada): $150 minimum (payment by credit card or Bank wire transfer). All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. The listed prices are FOB Berkeley, California USA and do not include freight charges or any applicable taxes. All taxes, duties and government fees, etc. are the responsibility of the purchaser. We also stock some meshes in Texas and Arizona warehouses.

TWP Inc is compliant with ISO 9001:2000. Utilizing this Quality System, TWP intends to follow a system of continuous improvement. All employees and subcontractors are required to follow the procedures outlined in the TWP Inc Quality Manual.

Environmental Policy

TWP Inc is dedicated to environmental protection, human health, & safety. Employees of TWP are responsible for environmental protection as a part of their duties. We endeavor to respect the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a part.

TWP has committed to a phase-out of PVC coated mesh because of its significant environmental and health impacts throughout its manufacture, use and disposal life cycle.
